Kulweb Technologies is a company that offers in-house IT support and outsourced IT services from credible suppliers. We offer IT consulting, Network support, hardware, and software services.

According to the Act ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.

2.1 The personal information we collect is the information that you share with us, and it includes, but is not limited to: name, surname, email address, and telephone number. Where possible, we will inform you of what information you are required to provide and what information is optional.

5.1 We are legally obliged to provide adequate protection for the personal information we hold and to stop unauthorized access and use of personal information. We will, on an

ongoing basis, continue to review our security controls and related processes to ensure that your personal information remains secure.

5.2 We restrict access to personal information to employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, continue to deliver, or improve our services. We train our employees on how to safely handle personal information.

5.3 We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. The servers that we store personal information on are kept in a secure environment.

5.4 When we contract with 3rd parties, we impose appropriate security, privacy and confidentiality obligations with them to ensure that personal information is always kept secure. We will ensure that anyone, should it be necessary, to whom we pass your personal information agrees to treat your information with the same level f protection as we are obliged to.

6.1 Correction of your information- You have the right to ask us to update, correct, or delete your personal information. We will require a copy of your ID information to confirm your identity before making changes to personal information we may hold about you. We would appreciate it if you would keep your personal information accurate.

6.2 Access to information- You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can do so by contacting us at the number and/or address provided on our website, and specify what information you require. We will need a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before providing details of your personal information.

We might, under certain circumstances, not be able to grant your request due to legal reasons. Should this be the case, it will be communicated to you. A note of your request will be on record.
